58,739 students graduate from the graduating classes of schools under the Baku City Education Department

APA reports that this was stated in the report of the Baku City Education Department on the results of the 2021-2022 academic year.

It was noted that in the 2021-2022 academic year, 35,100 people will graduate from the 9th grade, 23,505 from the 11th grade and 134 from the 12th grade (full-time and part-time secondary schools) under the Baku City Education Department (BCED).

46,470 people complete the first grade in the capital.

In the current academic year, 470,517 students studied in general education schools under the auspices of the ITUC.

A total of 29,115 teachers work in the general education schools under the auspices of the ITUC.

In the 2021-2022 academic year, 25,484 children were involved in 1,070 pre-school groups operating in 275 general education schools in the capital.


It should be noted that a total of 320 schools, 338 preschools and 5 Child and Youth Development Centers operate under the auspices of the ITUC, including 312 general education schools, 3 special general secondary schools and 5 full-time evening schools.
