The next ranking of the most expensive football players in the world has been announced.

CIES Football Observatory has compiled a list of the most valuable players, assessing the potential transfer value.

PSG striker Kilian Mbappe leads the table with 205.6 million euros.

Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold is the most expensive defender (87.4 million), and the young Barcelona member Pedri is the most expensive midfielder (135.1 million).

The most valuable goalkeeper is Gianluigi Donnarumma (PSG, 73.7 million).

The Premier League has the most Premier League players in the top 100.

The list includes 41 players who played in England.
