Three people, including an eight-year-old child, died after falling into a septic tank in Haryana's Nuh district.

The police gave information in this regard on Wednesday.

He said that the incident took place on Tuesday in Bichhore village of the district.

An eight-year-old boy accidentally fell into the tank while playing near him.

In such a situation, the boy's father and his uncle got into the tank to try to save him.

Police said that all three died in this incident.

According to the villagers, a 20 feet deep septic tank was built outside the house of village resident Dinu.

The tank was covered with stone slabs.

According to the police, Dinu's eight-year-old grandson Ariz was playing near the tank on Tuesday.

During this, he stood on the tank, which broke its cover. 

All three died of suffocation

After this incident, the boy's father Siraju (30) and his uncle Salamu (35) went to the tank in an attempt to save him.

But when no one came out for a long time, the relatives raised an alarm, after which the people around gathered.

With the help of people, the dead bodies were taken out of the tank.

Police said all three died of suffocation.

However, the family has not lodged any complaint with the police regarding the incident.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (Punhana) Shamsher Singh said, "Shocking incident happened but the family and villagers did not inform the police. They buried the bodies as they claim it was an unfortunate incident. Why are we probing the matter." "
