German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said yesterday on the last day of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos that Russia will not dictate the conditions for peace in Ukraine.

According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin must not win the war in Ukraine, Telegrafi reports.

"I am convinced he will not win.

"It has already failed to achieve its strategic goals," the German chancellor added.

He stressed, among other things, that Ukraine has the support of the West, and that Putin must not dictate the conditions for peace.

One of the most important topics discussed at the World Economic Forum was the Russian aggression in Ukraine, attended by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba and Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko and Bucharest President Antaoly Fedoruk.
