The event was organized by the Turkish Consulate General in Ganja. The event provided information about the peculiarities of Turkish cuisine and the most cooked dishes in Turkey.

The Consul General's wife Ayfer Ozturk demonstrated to the participants how to prepare rose water, which is an example of Turkish cuisine.

Afterwards, the guests were treated to a variety of Istanbul menus, part of the centuries-old Turkish cuisine.
