New petition filed on Gyanvapi case in Varanasi court

A new petition has been filed in the

Varanasi Court in the

Gyanvapi Masjid

case .

The new petition has been filed by three women Sita Sahu, Manju Vyas, Rekha Pathak.

(He is the one who filed the petition regarding Singar Gauri).

It has been demanded in this petition that the eastern wall of the mosque which is in front of Nandi should be demolished.

After removing the debris, the length, width and height of the Shivling found yesterday should be measured.

For this entire process, the court should once again appoint a court commissioner.

Advocate commissioner, who was involved in the survey panel for three days in Varanasi's Gyanvapi Masjid, has said that today he will not file the survey report in the court.

In a special conversation with NDTV, Advocate Commissioner Ajay Pratap Singh said that we will not file separate reports, but all three people will file a report together.

For this, time can be sought from the court till Monday.

In the survey conducted on Monday (May 16) at Gyanvapi Masjid on the third and last day, it has been claimed by the Hindu side that Shivling has been found from the well inside the mosque premises.

On this, the lower court has directed the district administration to seal the place where 'Shivling' has been claimed to be found.

On the other hand, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, the main organization of Muslims in India, termed it as unfair to stop eating Wuzu at the mosque on the orders of the court after the Shivling was allegedly found in Gyanvapi Mosque of Varanasi, saying that the whole incident was a communal frenzy. Nothing more than a conspiracy to create.
