Workers at TPP Maritza 3 are protesting.

They are dissatisfied with the government's decision to shut down the plant.

Their previous protest was overturned after several conflicting orders, which one day allowed the plant to resume operations for a while, and then Environment Minister Borislav Sandov overturned it.

The TPP was closed due to air pollution with sulfur dioxide, due to which our country is threatened with financial sanctions by the European Court.

The management of Maritza 3 denied that the systemic pollution of Dimitrovgrad was related to the operation of the power plant.

They call its suspension unfair.
