A new application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff in the matter.

Varanasi:

In the Gyanvapi Masjid and Shringar Gauri Temple dispute case of Varanasi, the debate started in the court on Monday, but the hearing could not be completed.

Advocate commissioner appeared before the court and gave his point.

After this, a new application was filed on behalf of the plaintiff, in which it has been said to remove the people who stopped them from going inside the mosque.

Now this new application and the old petition, in which questions have been raised about the impartiality of the Advocate Commissioner, will be heard by the court tomorrow.

The lawyer for the mosque side told NDTV that the Advocate Commissioner has put forth his point before the court.

A new application has also come from him, after reading which his counter will be filed.

The court has given time for tomorrow, but it will take time to read it.

He will present his point of view before the court.

In fact, on Monday, the court heard the petition filed by the counsel for the mosque side regarding the question raised on the impartiality of the Advocate Commissioner.

In the petition, there has been a demand to change the Advocate Commissioner.

The petitioner alleged that the buildings to be taken under the purview of the survey were shown as scrapped and said that the court had not given any order for digging or scraping and he was not satisfied with the action taken on Friday.

He clarified that the videography-survey team did not go inside the Gyanvapi Masjid today.

No one is withdrawing the case:

Let us tell the lawyer that in the Gyanvapi Masjid and Shringar Gauri Mandir case, a discussion is going on fast that out of the 5 women petitioners, one woman is withdrawing her case.

Although her lawyer said in front of the media that this is wrong, she is not withdrawing the case.

The work of the Advocate Commissioner was obstructed.

We will ensure that the state government and administration complete what the court had said about conducting survey and videography inside the barricading.

It is

worth noting that Rakhi Singh and others under the leadership of Jitendra Singh Visen, the office-bearer of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh, filed a suit in the court in August 2021 to protect the regular darshan-worship of Shringar Gauri and the deities of other gods and goddesses. had demanded.

The court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar, after hearing both the sides, on April 26, appointed Ajay Kumar Mishra as Advocate Commissioner, and ordered a videography-survey of the Gyanvapi campus to present its report on May 10.

Mishra had fixed May 6 as the day for videography and survey.
