The United States has come across some documents that say some Russian troops in Ukraine are not obeying the commanders' orders, according to a senior U.S. defense official.

The U.S. believes that Russian troops and "middle-class officers at various levels, even up to the battalion level" are refusing to obey orders to march forward on the new offensive in Donbas, Ukraine, the official said.

These officials "either refused to obey the orders or are not obeying them with the same greed expected from an officer," the US official said, reports
