Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin, known as "Vladimir Putin's extremist brain," says Serbia's failure to impose sanctions on Russia is fraternal.

Dugin stressed that the actions of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic are appropriate.

"It is completely understandable what Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is doing and we appreciate what Milorad Dodik is doing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which helps a lot in this critical situation.

"Avoiding sanctions against Russia is a heroic act, it will cost Serbia, it will try to punish you again, as they have done in the last 25-30 years," Dugin said.

, Dugin thinks that human rights, individual freedoms, should not exist at all.

According to him, the confrontation between Russia and Europe is a confrontation between globalization and anti-globalization seeking the return of the project of Imperial Russia.

Recall that Serbia is the only country in the region that has not imposed sanctions on Russia, after the latter's military aggression in Ukraine.
