On the other hand, Muslim side's lawyer Abhay Nath Yadav, questioning the impartiality of the court commissioner appointed for the videography survey, has asked to submit an application in the court on Saturday to get him replaced.

Alleging that the buildings to be taken under the purview of the survey were shown being scraped, he said that the court had not given any order for digging or scraping and he was not satisfied with the action taken on Friday.

He clarified that the videography-survey team did not go inside the Gyanvapi Masjid today.

Yadav said, "The commission's proceedings started at 4 pm and the platform on the west side of the mosque was videographed.

After that the commissioner tried to go inside by opening the entrance of Gyanvapi Masjid, to which I lodged a protest and said that the court has not given any such order that it should be videographed inside the mosque, but the court commissioner claimed That they have got an order to get the lock opened and videographed, but the fact is that there is no such order, so I directly question the impartiality of the court commissioner.

Earlier, on the orders of a local court, Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra and many people of the plaintiff had reached Gyanvapi for the work of videography and survey of Shringar Gauri and other deities located at Kashi Vishwanath Dham-Gyanvapi.

Sources said that shortly before the dispute, a woman started offering Namaz by laying cloth near the barricading in front of gate number four of Kashi Vishwanath temple, which was later taken to the police station.

The court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar, after hearing both the sides, on April 26, appointed Ajay Kumar Mishra as Advocate Commissioner, and ordered a videography-survey of the Gyanvapi campus to present its report on May 10.

Mishra had fixed May 6 as the day for videography and survey.
