Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver a speech at the Victory Parade on May 9 and lay flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

The statement came from Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

"As I said, on May 9, Putin will take part in a military parade, give a speech and, traditionally, at the end of the parade, the head of state will lay a wreath at the grave of an unknown soldier," Peskov said.
