Sheikh-ul-Islam A. Pashazadeh noted that he attached great importance to the event held by the Council of Europe and noted the deep importance of the inter-religious dialogue discussed here.

He said that during more than 40 years of Sheikh-ul-Islam's activity in the field of preserving peace and human life, which is a sacred value in the world, he has always attached importance to inter-religious dialogue and spared no effort.

The representative of the Council of Europe praised the activities of Sheikh-ul-Islam Pashazade, appreciating his meetings with religious leaders for the establishment of peace in the Caucasus, noting that it is a great contribution to interfaith dialogue.

The CMB chairman praised the efforts in this direction, emphasizing that the conflict in the Caucasus has never turned into a religious confrontation as the most important result of the continuous participation of religious leaders in peace meetings.

Sheikh-ul-Islam A.
