There is a steady increase in the cases of corona in the capital Delhi.

According to the health bulletin released on Monday, 16,753 tests were done during 24 hours and out of these, Kovid has been confirmed in 1076 people.

With this, the number of active patients in Delhi increased to 5744.

Along with this, the number of containment zones has also increased to 1103.

At the same time, the corona infection rate has increased to 6.42 percent, which was 4.89 percent on Sunday.

On Monday, 66 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in Gautam Budh Nagar district, while 96 patients became infection free during this period.

A senior official gave this information.

District Surveillance Officer Dr. Sunil Dohra said that at present there are 701 patients under treatment in the district, out of which 10 patients are hospitalized while the rest are undergoing treatment in home isolation.

On the other hand, talking about Mumbai, 56 new cases of corona have been registered on Monday.

4243 tests were done by the health department.

At the same time, 92 new cases came in Maharashtra and one patient also died due to corona.

Along with this, there are 1016 active cases in the state. 

Significantly, after more than two months in the country, the infection rate of corona virus has crossed one percent.

According to the updated data released by the Union Health Ministry at 8 am on Monday, the number of people infected with the corona virus in the country has increased to 4,30,82,345 due to the arrival of 3,157 new cases of Kovid-19 in a day in India. happened.

After the death of 26 more people due to infection in the country, the death toll has increased to 5,23,869.
