A fatal traffic accident occurred in Kurdamir.

APA's local bureau reports that the incident was recorded on the Baku-Gazakh highway passing through Garabujag village of Kurdamir region.

A Toyota car with registration number 90 CY 204 driven by Baku resident Parviz Sarvan oglu Gafarov, born in 1961, lost control and crashed into a concrete barrier.

As a result, the driver Parviz Gafarov and his wife, Afet Javad gizi Gafarova, born in 1968, died at the scene.

The bodies were handed over.

An investigation is underway at the Investigation Department of the State Traffic Police.
