The Ambassador of Ukraine to Albania, Volodymyr Shukrov stated today that all Ukrainian children in Albania have the opportunity to continue their education process according to the Ukrainian system.

Shukrov said that since the beginning of the war, the number of Ukrainians who leave for other countries for a better life has increased, where Albania has given them the opportunity to stay for a year.

According to the ambassador, so far there are no refugees, but Ukrainians with temporary protection status, and that lessons will be conducted online under the Ukrainian system.

"The Albanian side accepts the Ukrainian citizens with solidarity and desire to help them.

"All Ukrainian children in Albania have the opportunity to continue the process of their education according to the Ukrainian system, where teaching will be done online", said Shukrov.

He expressed gratitude to the Albanian parliament for the March 7 resolution in support of Ukraine and its fight against the Russian aggressor.

"The Municipality of Tirana prepared together with us the first large truck with humanitarian aid for Kiev.

We had several other activities that took place in Tirana, where we prepared the union of Albanian and Ukrainian citizens to express solidarity and support for our people and the fight against the Russian aggressor.

"I hope that after the end of the war we will do our best to promote our relations," he said.
