The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Northern Macedonia, Bujar Osmani said that "Albania has the right to raise its voice" for the possibility that after June Macedonia will be separated from the joint package of the two countries for the start of negotiations with the EU, Telegrafi Makedonija reports.

Osmani says he is optimistic that a solution will be found with Bulgaria by June and that the blockade will be lifted.

"The decision to secede does not belong to either Albania or Macedonia, it is a decision of the EU member states if Albania will start negotiations in June.

But this is not in the interest of Albania, because these situations are cyclical.

Sometimes we attract Albania, sometimes Albania drags us.

"Albania has the right to raise its voice, but I am aware that it shares the opinion that in the long run it is not appropriate and the member states claim that it will not disrupt the regional dynamics", said Osmani.

Osmani said that there would be no division if we find a solution with Bulgaria by June.
