Director of Indravati Natya Samiti arrested

Theater artist Neeraj Kunder, a resident of Sidhi district in Madhya Pradesh, was arrested for allegedly making indecent remarks about BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla and his son Guru Dutt by making a fake ID.

He was sent to jail only 2 hours after his arrest.

Neeraj Kunder is the director of Indravati Natya Sansthan.

Even though the ID for which Neeraj has been arrested in the name of Anurag Mishra.

But their phones are still being posted with that ID, despite being with the police.

On April 2, when Sidhi workers and social workers protested in front of the district Kotwali and raised slogans against the government, the policemen started beating them.

In which many protesters were also injured. Among the protesters, 10 - 15 artists including senior theater workers of Indravati Natya Samiti Roshni Prasad Mishra, Narendra Bahadur Singh, Shiva Kunder, Rajneesh Jaiswal were arrested under prohibitory sections.

Narendra Bahadur has kidney failure and is dependent on life saving drugs.

His family alleges that he was kept without food and medicines, his wife was also prevented from meeting but later she was given medicines when there was a ruckus.

Inspector Manoj Soni of Kotwali said that obscene things were being done continuously against the public representatives, then we wrote to Facebook and got to know who is continuously writing such obscene things against the public representatives.

During the investigation of this whole matter, the ID which was found, it was found that a person named Neeraj Kunder is running, the people here said that he had been talking such abusive things against the public representatives in the past, so after investigation we got 419 (impersonation) by cheating), action is being taken under sections -66C, 66D, and 420 (cheating) of the IT Act.
