The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu has visited some of the accused of the Special Court who are being held in The Hague.

Haxhiu met Hysni Gucati, Pjetër Shala, Rexhep Selimi, Jakup Krasniqi and Nasim Haradinaj.

This was announced by the deputy of Vetëvendosje Movement, Adnan Rrustemi.

"Together with the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, Saranda Bogujevci, the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu and MP Erxhan Galushi, during the visit to the Specialized Chambers, yesterday we met Hysni Gucati, Pjetër Shala and Rexhep Selimi, and today, Jakup Krasniqi and Nasim Haradin.

It was an institutional and important visit.

"In these meetings, we were closely acquainted with the requests, the treatment and other aspects related to the Court", he wrote on Facebook.

Otherwise, Haxhiu did not meet former President Hashim Thaçi and former PDK leader Kadri Veseli, as they did not accept a meeting with the minister.
