A media identity card (ID) has been recovered from a terrorist of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) killed in an encounter in Srinagar's Rainawari area today.

J&K Police tweeted and wrote that "One of the classified local terrorists killed by proscribed terrorist organization Lashkar had a Media Identity Card (ID). This is a clear case of misuse of media: IGP Kashmir.

Two Lashkar-e-Taiba/The Resistance Front (LeT/TRF) terrorists were killed in an encounter that took place in the Rainawari area of ​​Srinagar early on Wednesday.

The Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, said that these two terrorists were involved in several terror crimes including killing of civilians.

Police said that incriminating material including arms and ammunition have been recovered from them.
