A warehouse of the Saudi oil company Aramco in the city of Jeddah has been attacked, a source was quoted as saying by BTA.

Saudi state media reported a series of drone and rocket attacks by Yemeni Hussein rebels, and black smoke was rising in Jeddah.

A Hussein spokesman said they had fired rockets at Aramco sites in the city and also struck drones at the Ras Tanura and Rabig refineries.

According to him, important sites in Riyadh were also attacked.

Today's footage showed a fire raging in an oil depot in Jeddah before a Formula One race in the city, and the Husseins said they had carried out attacks on Saudi Arabia, the Associated Press reported.

So far, Saudi officials and Aramco have not acknowledged the blaze, but it appears to have erupted at the same fuel depot that has been attacked by Yemeni rebels in recent days.

The site is located southeast of the city's international airport.

The cause of the fire is still unknown, the AP notes.

However, the Hussein-run satellite news channel Al Marira said more details about their attacks would be released later.

Saudi state television said there were attacks on reservoirs in the city of Dahran that damaged homes and cars, and another attack on an electrical substation in the southwestern part of the country, near the border with Yemen.
