Two coaches of the train caught in fire

Meerut:

A sudden fire broke out in a passenger train going from Saharanpur to Delhi at Daurala station in Meerut.

Soon the fire engulfed two coaches.

There was chaos due to the fire.

However, the passengers of the coach which caught fire immediately got out.

Well, fortunately there was no major accident.

The fire in the coaches of this 9Train train going from Saharanpur to Delhi had even reached the engine.

Railway personnel with the help of passengers immediately separated the coaches from the engine.

Firefighters who reached the spot brought the fire under control.

There is no report of any casualty in this accident.

Meerut City Railway Station Superintendent RP Sharma said that smoke started rising in a compartment of the train near Daurala, after which the train was stopped at (Daurala) station.

Three Air Force aircraft returned from Ukraine under Operation Ganga, 629 Indians were rescued


Sharma told that the passengers in the coach were safely dropped off at the station.

Immediately the fire department was informed and the railway station staff, with the help of passengers, separated both the coaches from the locomotive.

According to the Railway Superintendent, there is no information about the life or property of any passenger in the incident.

The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
