The trial on the criminal case of Ajdar Jabiyev (Ajdar Ol), former chief of staff of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, has ended.

APA reports that the public prosecutor spoke at the trial chaired by Judge Afgan Hajiyev at the Baku Court of Grave Crimes.

In his speech, the prosecutor demanded that Ajdar Jabiyev be found guilty of the charges and sentenced to 11 years in prison.

It should be noted that Ajdar Jabiyev, who was arrested during an operation by the State Security Service, was charged under Article 179.3.2 (misappropriation, committed in large numbers) of the Criminal Code, Article 308.2 (abuse of power) 311.3.1, 311.3.2 and 311.3.3. was found guilty of bribery.
