Russian President Vladimir Putin will have to answer for his actions before a war crimes tribunal, just like Slobodan Milosevic, Croatian MEP Tonino Pitsula said on Tuesday during a debate in the European Parliament on a resolution on Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
