Supreme Court agrees to hear Cyrus Mistry's plea

In its judgment on 26 March, the company had said that all questions of law are in favor of Tata.
In its decision, the top court had said that both the parties can take the legal route regarding the dispute of shares.
Not only this, the Supreme Court, while making a strong comment in this matter, had also said that making Cyrus Mistry

chairman was
Ratan Tata
's biggest mistake.
In this case, the bench of former CJI Sharad Arvind Bobde gave this decision.
The Supreme Court has upheld the removal of Cyrus Mistry from the post of executive chairman of the Tata Group.
Along with this, the court has set aside the NCLAT's decision to reinstate Mistry as the executive chairman of the Tata Group.
On December 18, 2019, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) reinstated Cyrus Mistry as the Executive Chairman of the Tata Group.

Let us tell you that the bench of CJI NV Ramana, Justice AS Bopanna and Justice V Ramasubramaniam considered the matter on 15 February.
However, Justice V Ramasubramaniam said in the minority judgment that the review petition should be dismissed.
On March 9, there will be an open court hearing in this matter.
