The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the "Rules for the provision of services to minors in specialized social rehabilitation institutions for minors."

APA reports that according to the decision, the provision of social services in the enterprise will be regulated in accordance with the Law on Social Services.

Admission to the institution will be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for placement of persons (families) in difficult living conditions in public social service institutions" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on November 5, 2013 No. 320.

According to the decision, the rules of organization of social services in the enterprise have also changed.

The following services will be provided to minors:

- providing persons admitted to shelters with accommodation in accordance with sanitary and hygienic norms, creating conditions for their normal development, providing persons with free food, clothing, bedding, as well as necessary furniture, equipment and supplies;

- Placement of persons admitted to the centers in accordance with sanitary-hygienic norms, creation of conditions for their normal development, provision of free food and clothing;

- ensuring the initial medical examination of persons, providing them with first aid and sending them to specialized medical institutions with medicines, as well as persons diagnosed with the disease on the basis of a doctor's opinion;

- preparation of a report on assessment and determination of demand for social services by an social worker, reflecting the form, type, place and duration of social services and an individual plan for providing social services to individuals, based on them, in order to provide social services to individuals and organize their social rehabilitation organization of social service;

- Initial assessment of the psychosocial condition of individuals, their removal from the state of depression and mental disorders that hinder development, the provision of psychological assistance in accordance with age, creativity, intellectual and physical capabilities;

- to apply to the relevant educational institutions in order to determine the level of education of individuals, to assist them in obtaining education in accordance with their physical and mental capabilities, and to organize joint activities with educational institutions in this direction;

- provision of social and pedagogical services to individuals;

- control over the emotional state and behavior of individuals;

- compliance with the rules of conduct of individuals in the home and in public places, assistance in improving their skills in self-control and other areas of life;

-Organization of events aimed at expanding the worldview of individuals, increasing communication skills, developing creative activities;

- through the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to assist people in mastering simple work habits and various professions, to inform them about different professions and their characteristics, to identify occupational tendencies, to provide vocational guidance, to create employment opportunities for able-bodied people take appropriate measures to provide employment or involve them in vocational training courses;

- implementation of relevant measures related to the effective organization of cultural and leisure time of individuals;

- providing legal assistance to protect the rights and interests of individuals;

- assistance in obtaining the place of residence of orphans, as well as obtaining documents (birth certificate, identity card, documents required for education and employment);

- ensuring that individuals meet with their families and communicate by telephone;

-family counseling service:

- ensuring the active participation of family or legal representatives in the implementation of rehabilitation programs, as well as the implementation of comprehensive measures for the psychosocial rehabilitation of individuals and families;

- Assisting families in socially dangerous situations to return to their family environment by providing psycho-correctional assistance;

- assisting individuals and their families in adapting to the social environment and integrating into society;

- Assistance in resolving the legal problems of families in relation to cases of neglect;

- Conducting educational conversations with the family and giving relevant advice to the family in connection with the development of skills and abilities of individuals.
