Addressing an election rally in Punjab,

Prime Minister Narendra Modi

on Monday targeted the Congress party and Rahul Gandhi.

Referring to an incident in the year 2014, the PM said that his helicopter was stopped in Punjab because Yuvraj was flying to Amritsar.

PM should tell how 'bank fraud of Rs 22,842 crore' happened: Congress

Let us tell you, this statement of PM has come at a time when Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi's helicopter was not allowed to takeoff from Rajendra Park in Chandigarh.

This was reportedly done due to the 'no fly zone' during the PM's visit.

Channi was to go to Hoshiarpur to attend Rahul Gandhi's election rally, however Rahul's helicopter was allowed to land in Hoshiarpur.

CM Channi had said, 'I was in Una at 11 am but due to the movement of PM Modi, suddenly I was not allowed to fly (to Hoshiarpur).

I could not attend Rahul Gandhi's rally in Hoshiarpur.
