A cooperation agreement has been signed between Nur Bakery and Baku College of Food Industry.

The parties will cooperate in training highly qualified specialists for the food sector in the country and supporting the elimination of staff shortages in this area.

Within the framework of the cooperation, the students of the college will be able to put their theoretical knowledge into practice at the Nur Bakery, which has been decorating our tables with delicious and high-quality bread for 14 years.

They will visually learn the natural preparation of bread and flour products.

Students who successfully complete the practical knowledge and internship process will be ready to work as professionals.

At the meeting, our food specialists, trained in Moscow and Kiev, explained the essence of Opara technology to students and shared their experiences.

Thus, the students got acquainted with the sorting and laboratory analysis of flour, which is the main raw material, the quality of the ingredients used in the preparation of bread, watched the process of preparation and transportation of bread.

A representative of the college noted that Nur Bread Factory is a school in itself.

Here, all production processes are transparent to the public.

The plant is both an example and support for young people who want to work in this field.
