The prosecutor's office issued a statement on the death of a student as a result of an electric shock at a school in the Jalilabad region.

Jalilabad District Prosecutor's Office told APA that on February 8, at about 12 o'clock, a resident of Jalilabad district, Garazanjir village, 1st grade student of Ojagli village secondary school No. 1, electrician Huseyn Zeynalov, born in 2015, was electrocuted in the school yard. The district prosecutor's office received information that he died as a result of electric shock.

The investigation revealed that Huseyn Zeynalov died as a result of electric shock while playing in the school yard, touching a 10 kV electric wire swinging from the pole.


The Jalilabad District Prosecutor's Office launched a criminal case under Article 314.2 of the Criminal Code (negligence, negligence, causing the death of the victim or other serious consequences).
