Ivaylo Mirchev: There are signals against Geshev that could make him a defendant

Bulgaria would not be in the current price crisis if the prosecutor's office was doing its job and the judiciary was functioning effectively.

This was stated on the air of BNT by the MP Ivaylo Mirchev from the PG of "Democratic Bulgaria".

According to him, the energy sector in our country is controlled by oligarchic and mafia structures and there is "no movement".

Mirchev pointed out that the laws and rules must be changed in such a way as to guarantee the independence of the energy regulator.

According to him, the EWRC's decisions on the increase in the price of electricity and gas are not objective and not all reserves have been used against the increase in prices.

According to Ivaylo Mirchev, the prosecutor's office is inactive in many cases.
