The minimum monthly membership fee for members of the New Azerbaijan Party has been set.


APA reports that this is reflected in the "Rules for the amount and payment of membership fees in the New Azerbaijan Party."


According to the rules, the minimum monthly amount of membership fees is determined as follows:


- for party members working for hire, as well as elected, appointed or approved for a paid position - 1 percent of the monthly salary;


- for party members engaged in entrepreneurial activities - 1 percent of 2 times the minimum monthly salary;


- for Party members working on civil-law contracts and other forms of self-employment - 1 percent of the minimum monthly salary;


- Party members who are not engaged in any activity that brings income (income), regardless of whether they receive social benefits (labor pension, targeted state social assistance, social benefits, pensions, etc.), as well as full-time in higher and secondary special education institutions for students - on a voluntary basis.


As a rule, the upper limit of the membership fee is not set.


Monthly membership fees are paid by party members by individual transfer to the bank account of the local party organization by the 10th of the following month. With the consent of a member of the Party working for hire, as well as elected, appointed or approved for a paid position, his membership fee may be paid to the bank account of the local organization of the Party, directly deducted from the salary by the accountant. If this is not possible, party members may pay membership fees to the chairman of the territorial party organization in which they are registered by noting and signing the amount in the table in the form determined by the Central Office of the party. The chairman of the territorial party organization must transfer the collected membership fees to the bank account of the local party organization within 3 working days by submitting a copy of the schedule to the Office of the local organization.


It is the duty of a party member to pay the membership fee.

According to Article 5.10 of the Charter of the party, disciplinary measures will be applied to party members who violate the requirements of the Charter.

The chairmen of the territorial party organizations are responsible for ensuring the payment of membership fees.

The collection of membership fees is supervised by the Office of the local organization.
