The International Civil Aviation Organization has postponed consideration of a preliminary report on the Ryanair flight incident to October.

This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Department of Aviation of Belarus, which received such a message from ICAO.

There is no such news on the website of the international organization itself.

Preliminary results of the ICAO investigation were due to appear on September 13, but were not released that day.

Earlier, Russia's ICAO spokesman Sergei Gudkov said the organization had failed to discuss a preliminary report on the situation with Ryanair during a meeting on September 13.

A new discussion date was then not set.

"The International Civil Aviation Organization has notified the Belarusian side of the postponement of the preliminary report on the incident with the Ryanair aircraft to October," the Belarusian Aviation Department said.

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has presented a report with preliminary conclusions on the incident with the Ryanair plane, which was forcibly landed in Minsk on May 23 on its way from Athens to Vilnius.
