During the court hearings, Konstantin Pyatinkin pleaded guilty in full, Alexei and Tatsiana Birukova, Siarhei Dziagtsyaryk and Andrei Parfeyavets pleaded guilty in part. The others did not fully admit the accusation against them.

According to the version of the accusation, the defendants in the group with other persons deliberately "took an active part in group actions that grossly violate public order."

Their actions were allegedly combined with disobedience to the lawful demands of the authorities, leading to disruption of transport, organizations and enterprises. Due to the downtime, the trolleybus fleet was damaged in the amount of 619 rubles 55 kopecks, the bus fleet - 40 rubles 37 kopecks, trade pavilions and a fast food restaurant were closed for several hours.

At this point, six collective sentences have already been handed down. A total of 69 people were convicted.

The trial over the sixth group of defendants, which includes 12 defendants, was to take place on July 23. However, the trial did not start, as one of the accused tested positive for coronavirus. As a result, the court hearing was postponed to August 9.
