This morning, many photo enthusiasts were looking for a beautiful spot on the waterfront of the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui, setting up tripods and waiting for C<> to cross the sky.

A member of the public went to the Avenue of Stars at 8:<> a.m. this morning, saying that he was a painter and photographer who had already painted the scenery of Victoria Harbour in the morning, and would take pictures of the historic scene when the plane passed by, and then painted the plane, "Okay, I hope China can make a bigger plane."

At about 10 o'clock this morning, in addition to a large number of tourists, there were also a group of photography enthusiasts who set up tripods on the seaside and prepared "long guns", hoping to take pictures of the low-flying moment of the domestic aircraft C919 in Victoria Harbour.

Mr. Lai is a painter and photographer who enjoys photographing airplanes. He said that in order to "dominate the beautiful position", he had already set up a leg frame on the Avenue of Stars at 8:3 a.m. this morning, and he seized the time in the morning to draw the scenery of Victoria Harbour first, and then he would draw the plane after the plane passed by. He said that the weather is good today, and he hopes to see a good picture, and said: "(C919) is good, Chinese technology can do civil airliners, there are big and beautiful, and I hope China can make a bigger plane."

Mr. Ma and Ma Taiping like to take photos together, and this morning they also learned about the C919 harbour drill, so they came to the scene to shoot. Matthew said that the domestic aircraft flying low in Victoria Harbour is "so commemorative, so that it is very happy", so he also hopes to capture a moment in history. Mr. Ma said that aircraft manufacturing is a difficult technology, and lamented that China can make its own aircraft, so he hopes to witness it.

According to the Civil Aviation Department, the C919 aircraft is expected to take off from the Hong Kong International Airport at 10:30 a.m. today, and the actual departure route will depend on the wind direction and the runway operation mode at that time. The C919 will enter and fly over Victoria Harbour twice from west to east at altitudes of 1,500 feet and 1,000 feet respectively.

Members of the public can enjoy the C919 aircraft on both sides of Victoria Harbour, such as the Tsim Sha Tsui East waterfront, Kwun Tong waterfront, Quarry Bay Waterfront Garden, West Kowloon Promenade, Central and Western District Promenade, Golden Bauhinia Square, etc.

Developed by the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, the C919 is China's first jet trunk airliner developed in accordance with international airworthiness standards, with a single-aisle narrow-body layout, 158 to 168 seats, and a range of 4,075 to 5,555 kilometers, which is the same class as the Airbus 320 and Boeing 737 models.

The C919 made its first flight in 2017 and obtained the type certificate from the Civil Aviation Administration of China in September 2022. In December 9, China Eastern Airlines became the world's first user, taking delivery of the world's first C2022, and its first commercial flight between Shanghai and Beijing in May this year. China Eastern Airlines took delivery of its third C12 this month, which is now mainly serving the Shanghai Hongqiao-Chengdu Tianfu route.
