It is a program run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve that distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. The program was founded in 1947 by Reservist Major Bill Hendricks. The First Lady participates in the event annually.

The woman was also wearing gray boots, gloves and a gray warm dress. The First Lady styled her hair in her favorite hairstyle, did makeup, and decorated her ears with large earrings.

Fuchsia is probably one of the First Lady's favorite shades of clothing, as she also has a dress, a suit and a warm scarf in her wardrobe in this color, which she recently beautifully styled with a black coat. The First Lady of the United States was photographed wearing a scarf as she and her husband headed for the helicopter.
