Although this snack is readily available at street vendors and other places, have you ever wondered how momos are made in a store? A video showing the mass production of momos has gone viral on social media.

The clip was shared by Yash Shivhare on Instagram. It shows workers chopping cabbage, carrots and other vegetables in a blender. Then add salt to it and remove the excess water. The video shows another man mixing flour and water to make an outer covering of momos. Once the dough is ready, the staff fill it with a mixture of vegetables and shape it to make momos. Finally, they steamed it and they are ready to serve.
