The Government has indicated that it will organise a "District Election Fun Day" on December 12, the day before the District Council Election polling day, to provide various activities and concessions free of charge, with a view to further raising the community's awareness and atmosphere of the election and encouraging the public to vote enthusiastically in the District Council Election.
1. Four carnival events will feature evening drone shows in various districts of Hong Kong

The Triathlon Talent Pull Challenge 9 will be held from 6 a.m. to 2023 p.m. at Kwun Tong Harbourfront;
Held at the Wan Chai waterfront "One Christmas. "One Harbour" limited-time event from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.;
A shopping mall exhibition will be set up at Domain in Yau Tong, a mobile game booth will be set up at the Tung Chung Municipal Administration Building, and three publicity vehicles will be parked in Wong Tai Sin, Tai Po and Wan Chai districts as mobile resource centres.
The West Kowloon Cultural District will host a drone show and concert in the evenings.
2. Free admission to all exhibition halls and a number of historical buildings provides excellent benefits
The Hong Kong Science Museum, the Hong Kong Space Museum and the Hong Kong Museum of Art will be open to the Hong Kong Jockey Club Series: Titian and the Renaissance Venetian School – Masterpieces from the Uffizi Gallery and the Hong Kong Wetland Park. Historic buildings such as the Jao Tsung-I Academy and the Hong Kong News-Expo, and the Lui Seng Chun Hall, School of Chinese Medicine, Hong Kong Baptist University, offer various discounts, such as free public guided tours and souvenirs.
Admission is free of charge to the Hong Kong Museum of Art, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Hong Kong Museum of History, Dr Sun Yat-sen Museum, Museum of Tea Ware, Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence, Fireboat Alexander Grantham Exhibition Gallery, Law Uk Folk Museum, Lei Cheng Uk Han Tomb Museum, Sheung Yiu Folk Museum, Hong Kong Film Archive, Sam Tung Uk Museum, Hong Kong Railway Museum, Oil Street Realization and Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre.
3. Hong Kong Central Library Launches "Mission" Photo Exhibition
The exhibition will focus on the six disciplined services and two auxiliary services of the Security Bureau, and will also arrange talks and guided tours for students to participate in.

4. Exhibition of antique buses and electric buses
The Environment and Ecology Bureau (EEB) and KMB will jointly display antique buses and electric buses at the Yuet Lun Street Depot in Lai Chi Kok, which are free for the public.
5. Parent-child fun day fundraising
The Education Bureau (EDB) and organisations will organise a Fun Day for Parents and Girls to encourage parents and students of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Hong Kong to learn more about the districts where they live through parent-child activities.
6. Green is just a few extra points
Members of the public can recycle at least 0.5 kg of recyclables at the Green Community Recycling Network of the Environmental Protection Department to earn an extra 1210 GREEN$ points.

7. 6 outdoor venues to choose from the carnival
The carnival will be held at 6 outdoor venues, including Kowloon Park (Kung Fu Court), Kai Tak Station Plaza, Hong Kong Velodrome Park, Gin Plaza, Tin Shui Wai Ginza Plaza, Pak Tai Temple Playground in Cheung Chau and Quarry Bay Park (Tai Chi Garden), with different types of sports demonstrations, game booths and physical fitness tests at Kai Tak Station Square from 3pm to 5pm, and the rest from 2pm to 5pm.
