However, in the future, the only daughter of Prince William and Princess Catherine may inherit the title of Princess Royal, which now belongs to Princess Anne, the sister of King Charles III.

This title is usually given to the eldest daughter of the monarch, so the title currently belongs to Princess Anne, since she was the eldest and only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II. But Princess Charlotte may inherit it if Princess Anne dies, and her father Prince William becomes king after the abdication or death of King Charles III.

Once that happens, Prince George will receive the title of Prince of Wales, and his younger brother Louis will likely receive the title of either Duke of Cambridge or Duke of York.
Princess Anne only won this title in 1987, when she was 36 years old.
