There she saw with her own eyes the work of a native of Mariupol, artist Arkhip Kuindzhi – "Sunset over the Dnieper". There was his museum in Mariupol, which was destroyed and looted by the Russian occupiers.

Now this painting is kept and exhibited in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which was one of the first to respond to the call of Ukraine and restore historical justice, designating Arkhip Kuindzhi, Ilya Repin, Ivan Aivazovsky as Ukrainian artists who were born and worked in Ukraine.

"This is not only the convenience and feeling of home for Ukrainians scattered around the world by the war, but also the restoration of historical justice and cultural equality. The more languages art has, the richer the world," said Olena.
