Relatives, Belarusian circuit residents—formerly convicted Ilgar and Abraham Quliyev—were detained during an event based on operational information, according to the EPA, a regional group of the Interior Ministry's press service. During a private search, Abraham Quliyev was taken from him with methamphetamine and dried marijuana, a psychotropic substance. And during the last KIA-branded car inspection, 1 kilogram 50 grams of methamphetamine, 1 kilogram 100 grams of dried marijuana and 510 grams of heroin were detected.
