On this day, the First Lady showed off a spectacular look in a purple sheath dress with a neckline and the same belt at the waist. In this outfit, Biden appeared at a State of the Country speech at a joint session of Congress at the Capitol in Washington.
She complemented the outfit with her favorite J'adior slingbacks from Dior with a floral print and stilettos.
