Shahid Kapoor narrates an unheard story

New Delhi:

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's film Taal is counted among the hit films. But did you notice a star in this film, who has become a famous hero of Bollywood today? Actually, Shahid Kapoor appeared as a background dancer in this film. However, very few people noticed this. Shahid was part of choreographer Shiamak Davar's dance group, due to which he got a chance to act as a background dancer in some films including Subhash Ghai's Taal. Meanwhile, after many years, Shahid Kapoor has described shooting for Taal with Aishwarya Bachchan as "the worst and best day of my life at that time".

In a conversation with Radio Nasha's RJ Rohini, Shahid shared the story of shooting Taal with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and said, "Nobody knows this, but I had an accident that day. I used to ride my motorcycle and I fell from it. So I remember I was very nervous on the set because because of the accident I was thinking what has happened to me? And that happened to me that day. I will always remember it as the worst and best day of my life."

Significantly, Shahid Kapoor started his acting career with the 2003 film Ishq Vishk, which was a hit. But not only rhythm, Shahid Kapoor also acted as a background dancer in Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit and Karisma Kapoor's Dil To Pagal Hai. However, it is not in his favorite memories. In fact, the actor said, "I was nervous in the time of Dil To Pagal Hai... I don't have any favourite memories. My hair was flying too much and I was spoiling the shot so I was quite nervous. Because I had joined the new Shiamak group. So I was probably one of the novices there. I was just nervous all the time. I was nervous, just hoping I wouldn't mess things up.

Let me tell you, Anil Kapoor and Akshaye Khanna were in the lead role with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the film Taal. On the work front, he will be seen in Blood Daddy.
