The 41-year-old Princess of Wales took part in a rugby training session that took place on Wednesday, June 7, in the city of Meydenhead. Her visit was related to the Shaping Us awareness-raising campaign aimed at raising public understanding of the importance of the first five years of a child's life.

After active play, she talked to the players about their childhood as part of her initiative. The princess chose rugby training for a reason, because since last year she has been the patroness of the Rugby Football League and the Rugby Union. She took over the role from Prince Harry, who stepped down as a senior member of the royal family in 2020.

On the pitch, Wales appeared in tight navy blue sweatpants and a sky-blue T-shirt with a red rose drawing on it, the logo of the England national rugby team.

She also wore white sneakers, a pair of laconic earrings and gathered her hair into a high ponytail.

Kate Middleton's appearance on the sports field came the day after her visit to the Windsor Family Centre, during which she showed off a white and blue jacket in a broken cage by Zara, which she paired with a plain white top, navy blue pants and black ballet flats. The image was unusual, but stylish.
