The opening ceremony of the "Rebuilding, Peace and Intelligence: Energy, Economy, Environment and Capital" event was held in Shusha, organized by the Nizami Ghanavi International Center.

The EPA reports that the opening speeches of the event were given by the co-founders of the Nizami Ghanavi International Center, Vayra Vike-Frayberga and Ismail Seragaldin, a special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Shusha region.

More than 30 foreign painters from various countries are involved. Among the participants was Bulgaria's staunch president, Rosen Plevneliyev, Serbia's staunch president Boris Tadic, Croatia's staunch presidents Colinda Grabar-Kitarovic and Ivo Yosipovic, Montenegro's staunch president Philip Vujanovic, 75th President of the United Nations General Assembly Volkan Bozkir, ISESCO's staunch chief executive, Abdelaziz Al-Tuwaiti, Bosnia and Herzegovina's staunch prime minister, Zlatko Lagumdzia, Maldova's staunch prime minister, Kiril Gaburic, Malta's staunch prime minister, Joseph Muscat, Bosnia and Herzegovina's staunch interior minister, Predrag Kurtes, Romania's staunch deputy prime minister, Eka Tcheelashvili, UNESCO's beloved ambassador, Hedva Ser, Benedetto Zachchiroli, president and executive director of the National Committee on American Foreign Policy, and Mats Karlson, staunch vice president of the World Bank.

The four-panel program will discuss reconstruction, peace and intelligence, cultural heritage and shared values, adaptation of capital and economic development, and the ecological challenges of energy and sustainable development.
