In a statement to the EPA, Elizabeth Alexanderov, the director-general of the facility, announced this.

The fire broke out on the 3rd floor, he said:

"There are 100 inhabitants in our facility. We had 73 residents on the floor where the fire broke out. No one was injured, we have predicted them. Everything is in order."

There was a fire incident as a young man.

According to the EPA's local bureau, the incident was recorded in the city's Post Office suburb.

Suddenly, a fire broke out in Room 4 of a four-month Psychological Social Service expert in the cemetery. Firefighting vehicles and live force from the Ministry of Emergency Affairs have been drawn to the area immediately. During the fire, 1 square feet [1 sq m] of room were burned. No one was injured in the incident.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
