"Those who want to tempt the Azerbaijani military have emerged and must be prevented."

The EPA reports that it was said by Siavus Novruzov, chairman of the parliament's Regional Affairs Committee, at a meeting of the National Assembly today.

The department has said that websites are being created in individual countries and that applications are being made to militants in Azerbaijan: "There are also appeals to soldiers serving in former Afghanistan. They are given promises in different forms. Wages are proposed to participate in hired processes. I feel that this should be reversed in a dramatic way. Many of our citizens had been drawn to ISIS in time through temptation. Therefore, we should not allow it, and we should regulate it by law."
