Hold this position and return to normal posture after some time.

Squats

Squats can be done to lose weight. Squats have an impact especially on the lower body. To do squats, stand straight and sit halfway down and then stand up. Do 10 sets of 10-5. In simple language, you have to get up and sit.

Do jumping jacks for full body fat loss. To do jumping jacks, spread both your legs and lift the hands straight to the shoulders and then start jumping. You have to jump while moving your feet in and out and hands up and down. Jumping jacks about 100 times daily have an effect on the body. You can also do jumping jacks by taking a break in between.

Push-ups are included in bodyweight workouts. Push-ups make the chest, triceps and core a good workout and the muscles also get support. Do about 10 sets of 10-4.

Bicycle Crunches

Bicycle crunches are effective in weight loss as well as increasing balance and strength. To do this exercise, lie down on the back. Now bend the knees at a 90-degree angle. First move one leg up and then the other leg exactly like you ride a bicycle. Do a few sets of this exercise. It also stresses the stomach and helps in reducing belly fat.
