The EPA reports that deputy Etibar Aliyev said this during a second reading of the 2022 State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan at a meeting of the National Assembly today.

The department has said funds are allocated from the budget to implement government pilot programs: "But there is no information about the outcome. Many of the pilot government programs are in the field of education. On the other hand, the national encyclopedia of each nation is the riches of that nation. The money allocated to the National Encyclopedia has been saved, but there is no National Encyclopedia on sale."
