This is one of the simplest meat recipes. It is prepared very quickly: cut the chicken fillet into pieces, combine all the ingredients and fry.

Components

  • chicken fillet – 500 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l l.;
  • starch – 2 tbsp.;
  • oil – 50 g;
  • dill and parsley – 1 bunch;
  • garlic – 2 heads;
  • sweet paprika – 0.5 tsp.;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt.

Cooking

Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into small pieces.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Wash the greens and chop finely. Squeeze the garlic through a press.

Add cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, herbs, garlic, paprika, pepper and salt to the chicken fillet. Stir. Add starch. Stir and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Put pancakes in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, a tablespoon. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
