We need to teach children to be aware of themselves first and assess their potential.

The EPA reports that Malekah Abbaszadeh, chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center, said this at the Human Resources and Management Forum, organized by the ASAN Service.

He said that everyone should know their potential. Once you understand this, you need teachers to scratch a particular growth trajectory.

'Teachers need to teach how to get it other than sharing knowledge. If knowledge is an ocean, you have to be able to swim in that ocean. We have a father's word: Put on a palace and drag it by hand. But I think that is not true. Maybe man has his own way?"

Melyka Abbaszadeh noted that they are preparing a project to expose the potential of children.

"More than 5000,7 children have already taken exams. We are now making improvements based on the tests and developing software. We want to give that program to schools so that schoolchildren from about <>th grade can realise themselves and know what area they have potential in. Currently, our employees are conducting tests in various circuits on the project and the project will be presented to the Ministry of Science and Education in the end," he said.
